The Marathitis Cottage House consists of two bedrooms, each with a double and a single bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The entire house and surrounding acres are available to guests. The area is quiet, with the natural elements of the sea and nature taking center stage. Additionally, for those wishing to explore the island uniquely, we offer e-bikes for rent. The Marathitis Cottage House is located far from public transportation, so guests will need to arrange their own transportation. About the area

Marathitis is a serene and authentic area in southern Naxos, known for its natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. Its name comes from the Greek word “marathos” (fennel), which once grew abundantly in the area. The area is ideally located near some of Naxos’s most beautiful beaches. Marathitis Beach is just 500 meters away (about a 6-minute walk), while the famous Psili Ammos Beach and the paradise-like Panormos Beach are within 5 km. Kanaki Beach is also nearby, and the picturesque fishing village of Moutsouna is just 8 km away. Marathitis is situated 19 km from the mountain village of Apeiranthos and about 46 km, roughly an hour and a half drive from Naxos Town, the port, and the airport.
