Try your hand at water sports like whitewater rafting or wakeboarding in Morrison, or experience a concert like no other under the stars at Red Rocks! If you're looking for a day in the city, take a short trip to Golden or Downtown Denver for spectacular eats, shopping, museums, and events! One of Colorado's main draws is Rocky Mountain National Park, which can make for a great day trip. Drive a little over an hour and a half through a dramatic canyon for a day of hiking, sightseeing, and wildlife viewing. Depending on your destination, skiing is 1-3 hours away. Locals head to Echo Mountain, Eldora (near Boulder), or Loveland (near Georgetown) for a more low-key experience. We're also within 1.5 hours of Arapahoe Basin, Winter Park, Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge. This location is the perfect jumping-off point for exploring the best of Colorado's mountain towns, the Rockies, and even Denver if you're missing the city life!
