- There is a guest house on the property that is occupied — please be respectful of your neighbors
- This house is not ADA compliant. Wheelchairs may not fit through every door. There are no handrails for the front entry points.

The Teewinot subdivision is a community of single family residential properties with a number of full time residents and we desire for those who come to visit the Teton Valley and temporarily reside in one of the homes in our community to have a positive and safe experience here. Welcome. Guests in Teewinot shall comply with the following requirements:
- Guests shall ensure that no more than four (4) vehicles (cars, trucks, motorized vehicles) are parked at or upon the Vacation Rental between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM daily.
- No RV-style self-powered or RV trailer shall be (1) rented out as a separate STR; or (2) used to in conjunction with the rental of the primary residence on the Vacation Rental property. Renters of a Vacation Rental are not allowed to park a self-powered RV or trailer at any time at the Vacation Rental property.
- There can be no more than three (3) people of any age per bedroom. The total maximum occupancy of the Vacation Rental shall be based on the number of bedrooms times three (3).
- No Fireworks of any type are allowed at any time. No loud noise or disturbances between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM daily.
- Trash must be restricted to specific trash containers and contained within. The trash will be removed by the Owner or the Property Management Representative from the property as soon as possible after the Renters have departed from the property.
- No Speeding will be tolerated. The allowable speed limit maximum is 25 mph on Grand Teton Road and 20 mph on all other roads in the community. This limit will be strictly enforced and any infractions shall result with a report to the Sheriff’s department and/or a fine assessed to the Host which the Guest maybe liable for.
- No exterior lights shall be left on after 10:00 pm daily.
- Should Guests incur violations with these Rules & Regulations, then the Host of the Vacation Rental property maybe assessed fine(s) and such fine(s) maybe passed onto the Guest by the Host of the Vacation Rental property or by Wydaho Property Management .
In addition to these rules, we ask you to note the following:
- All exterior lights must be turned off by 10pm — the dark skies are part of the beauty of our valley
- The community quiet hours , which include language and music, are between 10 PM and 7 AM
- No fireworks of any type are allowed at any time
- 20 MPH on all roads around the house
- NO EVENTS ALLOWED
- NO PETS
- Construction projects do occur in the neighborhood and in sight of the home, including in adjacent lots. These projects are beyond our control, but they do not block any views of the mountains.
Conveniently located in the Teewinot subdivision on the northern end of Teton Valley, this home is 5 miles north of downtown Driggs, home to a wide selection of outdoor outfitters, wonderful restaurants, and great coffee spots. And if you need to run to the bigger cities of Jackson or Idaho Falls, they are little more than an hour away.
Outdoor excitement is close by, as well. Grand Targhee Ski Resort is less than 30 minutes away. Grand Teton National Park is just outside of Jackson, while the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park is a beautiful 1 hour, 45 minute drive away. And a wide array of biking and hiking trails, as well as water recreation activities can be found close by in Teton Valley.
