This newly renovated, first-floor apartment is in a traditional courtyard house in the village of Gignese, just 10 minutes from Lake Maggiore. It can sleep 5 people and makes an ideal base for an exciting holiday, exploring this beautiful region.
Up a small flight of steps from the entrance hall, guests will find the spacious living room which has a panoramic view of Mount Mottarone. It is stylishly furnished with two sofas, a flat-screen TV and a wood-burning stove. There is a dining area at the other end of the room and a separate, modern kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, a small dining table and coffee machine.
Guests can enjoy the shared courtyard which is furnished with a table and chairs. The perfect place to unwind after a day by the lake. The owners feed the resident cat here twice a day, so any dogs staying will need to be kept on a lead...

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
