Quietly located on the first floor of a small residential complex this modern apartment comfortably sleeps three guests and enjoys a small balcony complete with an outdoor kitchen and a breakfast table for two.
Inside guests will find a stylish open-plan living space furnished with a single sofa bed, a small desk, a smart flat-screen digital HDTV and a dining table. This area leads out to the balcony through large French doors and also incorporates a modern kitchen equipped with; an induction hob, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer.

The property is conveniently located a 10-minute drive / 30-minute walk from the historical centre of Lucca and a 15-minute walk from Luca’s railway station. The Tuscan beaches of Versilia and Viareggio are also within easy reach, both approximately a 25-minute drive away (50 minutes by train), and Forte dei Marmi a 35-minute drive (50 minutes by train). Other popular excursions include visits to Florence which is approximately a one-hour drive away (1 hour 40 minutes by train) and Pisa which is a 25-minute drive (45 minutes by train). The cities of Prato and Pistoia, both known for their domes are both approximately a 40-minute drive away or an hour by train.
In Luca visitors can stroll along the city’s Renaissance walls, or simply explore its’ narrow streets, charming piazzas, and historic landmarks, including the Cathedral of Saint Martin (Duomo di San Martino).
The closest international airport to the accommodation is Pisa Airport (Galileo Galilei Airport – PSA) approximately a 30-minute drive or an hour’s journey on the train.
