A splendid villa with swimming pool immersed in the woods of the Euganean Hills, recognised by UNESCO as a World Biodiversity Reserve. It is the ideal home for those who seek the peace and silence of nature on holiday, while still having the possibility of easily reaching tourist resorts and the most beautiful cities of art in the Veneto region.
The strategic position will allow you to visit Venice (60 km), Padua (20 km), Vicenza (30 km), Treviso and Verona (75 km), as well as some of the most beautiful ancient villages in Italy: Arquà Petrarca, Monselice, Montagnana , Este and to discover the rich and unique heritage of the Venetian Villas. The villa is built respecting the environment with which it integrates.
The garden, surrounded by trees, has deckchairs in which to relax, barbecues and a table around which to gather for lunch. The swimming pool (2,5mx6mx1,10m) is very special, set among the rocks and trees, blending in with its surroundings.
It is all on one floor and is characterised by large windows opening onto beautiful views. Two rooms have a French window with direct access to the garden and the third has a French window overlooking the panoramic view, to wake up every morning to the birds singing. A fourth room, with a sofa bed, is also a dedicated space for those who wish to dedicate a few hours to work or study, while the family relaxes in the garden or takes a dip in the pool. The furnishings, characterised by design pieces, make the house cosy and, at the same time, functional.
There are numerous opportunities for sports enthusiasts: from walks in the hills, also starting directly from the villa, to cycling and mountain-biking. Within 20 km, there are 4 major golf courses and, for the more adventurous, 4 km away, you can climb the rock walls of Rocca Pendice. For a day of relaxation, the centres of Montegrotto, Galzignano and Abano Terme with their precious thermal waters are about 15 km away; and, in an hour’s drive, you can also reach the Adriatic coast with its long beaches of golden sand: Jesolo, Caorle, Sottomarina, or Lake Garda (with its theme parks, where you can have fun with your children).
It is necessary to have your own means of transport to get around. For safety reasons, it is FORBIDDEN to recharge your car via the house’s normal electricity supply.

About the area
Venice, Italy, is a city that enchants its visitors with its distinctive blend of history, artistry, and romance. The city is uniquely constructed on over 100 small islands in a lagoon in the Adriatic Sea. Instead of roads and cars, Venice is characterized by its waterways and gondolas, offering a truly unique urban experience.
St. Mark's Square stands as one of the city's most iconic landmarks. It is home to St. Mark's Basilica and Doge's Palace. The basilica boasts stunning Byzantine mosaics while the palace showcases Gothic architecture and grand rooms adorned with art - both are symbols of Venice's rich historical heritage.
The Grand Canal is another must-visit attraction in Venice. A gondola ride along this major waterway provides breathtaking views of beautiful palaces and historic buildings lining its banks. For those passionate about art, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection offers an impressive collection of modern art from renowned artists like Picasso and Pollock.
Venice takes pride in its glassmaking industry located on the island of Murano where visitors can witness artisans crafting intricate glass pieces using age-old techniques.
The city also hosts several globally recognized events such as the Venice Biennale art exhibition and the Venice Film Festival which draw artists and celebrities worldwide.
For gastronomes, Venetian cuisine offers fresh seafood from the lagoon and traditional dishes like risotto nero (black risotto) made with cuttlefish ink.
In summary, Venice presents an irresistible mix of history, culture, artistic talent, gastronomy, and romance that makes it an ideal destination for any traveler.
