THE LAYOUT With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, the house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Upon entering the front door and up the stairway, you will be drawn in by the open-concept living space that is flooded with natural light and features comfortable seating, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining area, ideal for enjoying meals together. Kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishware and a large island with seating. Sliding glass doors on the main level allow for seamless indoor/outdoor living. The massive outdoor screened balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying the immaculate bay views while enjoying a glass of wine or gorgeous sunrises during your morning breakfast. Our home is within walking distance to some of Bonita Beach’s great dining options including Doc’s Beach House and Coconut Jack’s Waterfront Grille. Main floor features the primary bedroom suite with king bed with bay view and door to outside balcony. Ensuite bathroom has dual vanities and large walk-in glass shower. First guest bedroom has two bunk beds each with a single and twin beds, sleeping four total. In the lower level, the second guest room has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with vanity and walk-in shower. The laundry is located on ground floor. AMENITIES & MORE After a gorgeous day at the beach (or skip the beach!), kick back and relax in the heated backyard pool and spa. For your convenience there is a pool bathroom with walk-in shower and heated outdoor shower. Need a break from the pool atmosphere, just step into the lower second living room level with plenty of seating and kitchenette with small fridge to keep your favorite drinks cold. Fire up the gas grill and get your backyard, poolside family barbeque on. Grab some fishing poles and sit back on the private boat dock and be surprised on how easy you can reel in the big ones! Need kayaks, paddle boards, bikes or e-bikes for your adventure expedition? We can have them delivered for an extra fee. Stay connected and stream your favorite apps with high speed wifi internet throughout the house. TVs located in both upstairs and downstairs living rooms and some bedrooms.
