A charming, recently restored country villa, on the hillside close to Assisi and Perugia. This house, with a private, salt-water swimming pool, is an idyllic holiday destination at any time of year.
The villa can sleep up to 8 people and is spread over one floor with, an annexe containing a bedroom and bathroom. The main entrance is via an attractive loggia at the front of the house. The loggia provides a shady outdoor dining space and there is also an outdoor kitchen where guests can barbeque. The front door leads into an open-plan living area with comfortable armchairs, a sofa and flatscreen TV. The open-plan kitchen is separated by a half wall, and has a wooden dining table for more casual meals. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and toaster.
The terraced gardens are well maintained, with a flight of stone steps leading up to the swimming pool above the house. The pool has several sun loungers for guests and a separate pergola area with a table and chairs.

Bedroom 3: 20m from the house, in a separate annexe, there is a third double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
