The Sea Villas residence is a complex of villas arranged on a hill overlooking the sea and with a breathtaking view, located within the Country Paradise complex in Punta su Torrione, a few kilometers by car from Stintino.
In the immediate vicinity there are services such as bars, restaurants, market, pharmacy, ice cream parlor, ATM, launderette and shops (the opening of these services is at the discretion of private operators, usually from June to September).
The residential complex is located on a hill that plunges straight into the so-called "sea outside", the western part of Stintino. The coast of this land side is high and jagged and alternates with sandy and pebble coves. The nearby Le Saline beach, which overlooks the inland coast, more sheltered and characterized by sloping shallow waters, is only 3 km from the Sea Villas, while the famous La Pelosa beach is 10 km away. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
