We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog - Outdoor furniture will only be offered seasonally -- same with lake access (kayaks, etc) - Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors - There is 1 security camera are solely to keep track of our cleaning team located in the front door. - Parking in driveway for 6 cars max. 2 in garage, 4 in driveway per permitting restrictions. Street parking allowed: Yes We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following: -Abide by our rental terms and conditions. -Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in. -Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG. This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.
