Beautiful villa with sauna in Chiny

The Presbytère, a beautifully modern and authentically renovated villa, is located in Les Bulles, a district of Chiny in the Ardennes. Larger groups and families can spend relaxing days in the spacious garden with a lounge area and outdoor sauna. Chiny is in a part of Belgium where the sun shines a bit more, the landscape slopes gently and the houses are bathed in golden colour. The Gaume region is known for its microclimate, which also favors wine production. In the area you can go hiking, cycling, kayaking or leisurely explore the cultural and culinary offerings. You will find a supermarket, a large butcher and a bakery in the immediate vicinity. The comfortable villa impresses with the combination of modernity, comfort, authenticity and history. Small accents such as an old tube radio, a Bakelite telephone or the antique-looking water taps are reminiscent of times gone by. Children in particular will have fun in the beautifully developed attic or on the trampoline in the garden. In the garden there is also a professional barbecue and a jeu-de-boules court. The owners offer an extensive package of extras: bathrobes for hire, logs for the fireplace and barrel sauna, grilled dishes, cakes, a large selection of baked goods and typical Gaumser dishes prepared by a caterer.
