Beech Mtn Resort is within a 2-minute drive and a 10-minute drive to downtown banner elk . Soak up the sun while hiking the Blue Ridge Mountains, mountain biking, skiing, or sipping at one of our local wineries or breweries. This Mountain home provides comfort after a long day out adventuring in the high country!

Both Beech Mountain & Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 1. Smoking is NOT allowed.
- 2. People other than those in the Guest's party designated in the reservation may not stay overnight at the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the Guest.
- 3. This house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
- 4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
- 5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
- 6. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens are included in the unit, daily maid service is NOT included in the rental rate.
- ★ Very Important Things to Know!
- 1. Parking: There is limited parking for no more than 3 cars. Street parking is not permitted.
- 2. Quiet Hours After 10 pm: There are people who live full time all around. Please be courteous.
- 3. Trash: Do NOT leave trash outside. You must remove all trash & recycling from the house to the Bearicade located near the entrance of the house. *NOTE! If you fail to remove the trash, there will be a $50 charge, as the cleaning crew will have to remove your trash so the following renters do not have to deal with it.
- 4. Firepit: The firepit is NOT for bonfires! Please keep it to small, reasonable fires only. Keep it small and ONLY burn firewood.
- 5. Firewood: We provide it.
- “Can I cut my own in the woods?” NO! Do not cut any trees, bushes, or plants. They are green & will not burn anyway.
- “Can I pick up natural deadfall in the yard?” Yes! We love free yard cleanup. Please feel free to gather naturally fallen sticks and limbs.
- ★Early Check-in/Late Check-out is subject to availability with a $25/hour fee. Reach out to the host to inquire.
