When you walk in our home you will find our open concept living room and kitchen that creates the perfect space for memorable gatherings. The living room features a large Smart TV, along with plush seating and a cozy gas fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked to make a home cooked meal and enjoy at the kitchen island. Out back, there is a small private patio with string lights, a table, and a gas grill. When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our two private bedrooms all located on the second floor: 1) King size bed, Smart TV, closet and a nearby bathroom. 2) Queen size bed, Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom. Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days’ worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Public Transit, bike trail access, and ride share available. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator.
