As morning dawns on your cozy, five-bedroom getaway, you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the full kitchen or on one of the three porches that overlook the Kitty Hawk Bay and Albemarle Sound. This fabulous retreat home offers many amenities to keep the whole family entertained throughout the whole day and well into the evening. You can relax in the concrete pool and hot tub, work out in the gym that is equipped with a large flat screen TV, a stationary bike, the Total Body TRX Suspension Trainer and some free weights, or sweat away stress from home in the sauna.
Wait! There’s even more! Enjoy some friendly competition at the tabletop multi-cade game or a game of pool while watching the large, flat screen TV. Those who just want to watch the game can grab a beverage from the full refrigerator at the wet bar and settle into the comfy couches.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
