There is a fenced back yard with ample outdoor furniture to hang out and cook on the charcoal grill. The first bedroom and bath are downstairs offering a Queen size bed. Three guest bedrooms upstairs, one with a Queen size bed and en-suite bath, another with a Queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a full over full bunk bed. HOA PARKING RULES: Parking is limited to 3 vehicles in the designated parking areas beside each cottage. Each vehicle MUST display the parking permit. Golf carts do count as vehicles. Please plan accordingly. Absolutely NO campers or RV’s are allowed to park anywhere within the subdivision. Any illegally parked or unauthorized vehicles may be subject to towing and any fines or fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
