Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence except the basement and the garage which remains inaccessible for guests. Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. Type of Cooling for the Home Although the home doesn’t have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness.
