Historic Victorian Home in Downtown Leadville Ideal for up to 8 guests Location: Central Leadville, near shops and restaurants. 5 Bedrooms: 2 Queens, 1 King, 2 bunk beds. Bathrooms: 2.5 total. Living Spaces: Dining room, living room with 48" Smart TV. Kitchen: Fully equipped. Amenities: High-speed WiFi, games, washer/dryer. Parking: Space for two cars (not guaranteed). Policies: No A/C, no pets. Property Manager This is a 30 plus day rental. This is a classic 5 bedroom Victorian (with 6 beds) that is perfect for a family or large group. This home used to belong to Mayor Martin. Get a taste for what it was like to live in a classic home. The house is 2 blocks from Main St. with access to shops, restaurants. And on the opposite side it’s a few minutes walk from the entrance to the mineral trail. Starting from the 3rd floor, there is a 2 bedroom suite with queen beds. On the second floor, three bedrooms (all with their own TVs). Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one of them has a bunk bed (full on the bottom and twin on the top). Located just 2 blocks from Main street means that most places in town can be reached by foot. There is free street parking right in front of the house, but you can catch a bus in town to Copper Mountain and to the Frisco Transit Center. This property does not have air conditioning. This property is NOT pet friendly. If it snows more than several inches, look for snow removal signs to make sure you don’t violate any temporary parking rules. Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we’ve implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants. Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this.
