Our flats can be rented all year round. From our garden you have a fantastic view of the Tyrolean mountains Hahnenkamm, Kitzbüheler Horn, and the Wilder Kaiser. Flat 2 is 115 m² in size and is suitable for 5 to 6 people. It has 2 beautiful bedrooms. A pull-out double sofa bed provides space for a total of 6 people. The flat also offers a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. There is also an in-house sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The tenants have free use of the flat terrace and the terrace furniture. The terrace offers a wonderful view of the Kitzbühel Alps and the famous Kitzbüheler Horn.
In the immediate vicinity are: the mountain railway (4 km), leisure facilities such as outdoor swimming pools (6 km), the Schwarzsee lake resort (4 km), a golf course (3 km), a riding stable and a tennis court (1 km) as well as supermarkets and restaurants (1.5 km).
Due to its favourable location, the diversity of the landscape and the originally preserved village character, the small village of Reith with its 1,717 inhabitants is a recognised neighbour to the town of Kitzbühel and a popular destination for guests looking for peace and relaxation, but who do not want to miss out on the wide range of infrastructural facilities in the top region of Kitzbühel. In summer, the Schwarzsee and Gieringer Weiher lakes, the "Kitzbühel-Schwarzsee-Reith" golf course, hiking and biking opportunities in Bichlach and much more are a valuable addition.
