The holiday apartment is on the ground floor of the house and has a cozy living/dining room, an open, well-equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a ski storage room in the holiday home and the garden and terrace are shared with other guests. You can park directly at the house.
Nestled in gentle grassy mountains with extensive alpine pastures, the charming town of Brixen im Thale is located in the middle of the Brixental, about 10 minutes by car from the famous Kitzbühel. In summer the town and the surrounding area is a perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours, in winter Brixen im Thale is part of the well-known ski area Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, one of the largest ski areas in Austria with over 270 kilometers of slopes and 82 modern lifts.
The ski lift to the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental ski area is only 400 m away, and various hiking trails and cycle paths are a convenient distance of just 200 m. The golf course and the public swimming pool are also just around the corner.
