This nicely furnished apartment is suitable for 8 people and enjoys a central location in the charming village of Brixen im Thale. It is part of the small-scale apartment complex Residenz Edelalm, overlooking the beautiful Kitzbüheler Alpen.
The gondola with connection to the skiing and hiking area Wilderkaiser-Brixental to Westendorf or Upper Brixen is 1.3 km away. The ski bus stops almost in front of the door (100 m) and the Tanzerabfart (valley descent) ends a few tens of meters on the other side of the apartment. Nearby you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shops.
The apartment also features its own ski storage room with washing machine and is located on the ground floor of the residence. Along the entire back (facing south!) of the building, you will find a spacious sunny terrace with seating area and a fantastic view of the Choralp.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
