This spacious, light-filled apartment accommodates up to 2 guests and features a living and dining area with a comfortable box-spring sofa bed. The modern fitted kitchen includes an additional pantry, and the bedroom offers a cozy box-spring bed with spectacular views of the Steinernes Meer. The separate bathroom has a shower and toilet. A highlight of the apartment is the large balcony of approximately 40 m², complete with seating and deck chairs, ideal for enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
Saalfelden Leogang, in the heart of Salzburg, is a natural paradise offering hiking trails, climbing routes, cycling paths, and refreshing swimming lakes in summer. In winter, guests benefit from proximity to renowned ski areas such as Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, the Hochkönig ski region – Ski amadé, and Zell am See-Kaprun. From May 1, 2025, a mobility fee of €0.50 per guest (aged 15+) will grant free access to all public transport in Salzburg. Guests are asked to respect house rules, and the host reserves the right to decline bookings from previous rule violators.
