Holiday home located only approx. 200 m from the sea on a large common plot in scenic surroundings at Nr. Lyngby. From the living room, balcony and several of the rooms there is a nice view of the sea. The cottage is newly furnished in 2019 and contains on the ground floor living room / kitchen in open connection and with direct access to the terrace, a bedroom and bathroom with 2-person whirlpool and sauna. On the 1st floor there is an additional living room with access to a balcony, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. With the many large windows to the south / west, daylight is fully utilized. For cosiness and cheap heating there is a wood burning stove, and in the living room on the ground floor there is also an air / air heat pump. The furniture is in modern Danish cottage style with the main emphasis on design, quality, well-being and cosiness, tailored decoration. For entertainment there is internet access as well as TV with international channels. There is a small covered terrace to the south / west. The plot is an open natural plot. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
