This beautiful and luxurious chalet for a maximum of 8 people is part of a chalet complex with 4 residential units/chalets and is located in the well-known village of Krimml, on the border between Salzburgerland and Tyrol and a short distance from the Hochkrimml - Zillertal Arena ski area.
The chalet has a large living room with seating area and dining table, a modern open fully equipped kitchen, 4 spacious bedrooms (one with 2 double beds, one with a bunk bed), 3 luxurious bathrooms and 2 balconies/terraces. The chalet also has a relaxation area with sauna, shower and loungers, a ski storage room with ski boot warmer and a garden with garden furniture. You can park directly at the chalet.
Krimml is a small village in the west of Austria. It is located in Salzburgerland at an altitude of over 1000 meters at the end of the Salzach Valley and borders the Zillertal in Tyrol and South Tyrol. The area offers fascinating high valleys such as the Krimmler Achental and the Wildgerlostal in the Hohe Tauern National Park, beautiful mountain lakes, deep gorges and perfect slopes in the Hochkrimml - Zillertal Arena ski area. The area offers many hiking routes, various opportunities for mountaineering and bicycle and mountain bike tours.
Due to the central location of the chalet, you can reach the Zillertal Arena (Hochkrimml - Königsleiten), Wildkogel Arena (Neukirchen) and KitzSki-Hollersbach ski areas in 30-45 minutes by car. The ski bus that takes you to the cable cars from the Zillertal Arena stops 400 meters from the chalet. With the Salzburg Super Ski Card you can ski in the three ski areas with almost 400 kilometers of slopes with one ski pass.
In summer, the outdoor pool in Krimml, the bathing lake in Wald im Pinzgau and the Hollersbach bathing lake offer plenty of bathing fun!
Directly in Krimml there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
