Located in quiet residential cul-de-sac within easy reach to all amenities.
The lively marina, with its great choice shops, restaurants and entertaining, can be reached within ten minutes walking.
The large common dining/living room opens to a large patio, ideal for meals “al-fresco”. The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden and an inviting private pool with roman steps.
Both ground floor bedrooms have direct access to the garden.
The built-in barbecue is available, sitting aside and its always an invitation to be used.
The main gates give access to a driveway that leads directly to the front door, with enough space to park 2 cars.
