Bright two-level two-bedroom apartment for 6 people, with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, living room with sofa bed and open kitchen. The apartment is located on the second floor (with lift) of the modern Palazzo Candiani, a few steps from the station and the Bovisa Polytechnic University of Milan. The apartment is equipped with all comforts: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, high speed internet. A corner with a desk also makes it ideal for working from home. On the ground floor is the bright living room with sofa bed, TV unit and open kitchen with a large table, and equipped crockery and utensils. The first bathroom with a shower cubicle is located on the first floor. Here you also have access to the large balcony. A modern staircase leads to the second floor, where there are two double bedrooms and the second bathroom, also with window and shower cubicle. Palazzo Candiani is a modern complex with 19 apartments for rent of different types (it is possible to rent more adjoining apartments), and has a gym and garage available for guests (check costs with our customer care service). All apartments have the most modern comforts and an automation system to manage the temperature of every apartments and the opening and closing of doors and windows. The apartment is located in the heart of the Bovisa district, home to the Politecnico di Milano and therefore a lively district full of bars, restaurants, clubs. Bovisa is also a historical district, with its own city center and period buildings, and it is well connected to Milan city center and the main stations. From Bovisa station (a few minutes’ walk away) there are frequent connections to Centrale, Porta Garibaldi and Cadorna stations, as well as all the stops on the urban railway link (Passante ferroviario). From Bovisa station also direct connections with train to Milano Malpensa airport. The yellow underground station of Dergano is about a 15-minute walk.
