Holiday home located in a scenic area close to Ålbæk and approx. 100 m to child-friendly bathing area and dunes. There is a bathroom with a spa bath and a sauna for relaxing after an active day in the area. The cottage is decorated in a bright, modern style and with a sloping ceiling. Open kitchen / dining room with underfloor heating and living room with wood burning stove. From the living room there is access to the terrace, which follows the house around and gives you ample opportunity to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Three good bedrooms and loft. Not for rent to youth groups.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
