A modern and fresh holiday home in a very good location in beautiful Steninge. The cottage is located high up in a quiet cottage area with a lovely view of the roaring waves of the Kattegatt. The covered balcony and the spacious terrace have both a dining area and comfortable lounge furniture. A short walk takes you to the lovely beach. Steningen’s coast is alternately dramatic and beautiful. From the driveway, a long staircase leads you up to the hilly plot. From the entrance at the back of the cottage, there is the hall and a well-equipped bathroom with washing machine. There is a larger bedroom with a double bed and two smaller ones with two single beds each. The heart of the house is the beautiful, spacious living room with a lovely ceiling space and large glass sections overlooking the balcony and the sea. There is comfortable seating, a modern TV and a warming wood stove. Adjacent is a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. The house has comfortable underfloor heating. There is free wifi. At the back of the house you enjoy your coffee in the morning sun. The spacious balcony and terrace have extendable windbreaks and you can stretch cooling canvases that provide shade on hot summer days. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups. The cottage area is wonderfully scenic with proximity to Stensjöstrand or the bathing area in Steninge. You cannot miss visiting Gösta’s restaurant and café or Kuststationen’s café. A little to the north you will find the small bathing cove Glassvik. Here there is a fantastically beautiful and peculiar nature and rich birdlife. The small beach is particularly suitable for families with children and those who want some peace and quiet. Just to the south is the community of Haverdal. Pay a visit to Särdal’s mill, which has both a café and a shop. Halmstad is only a short drive away. Here there is a large range of entertainment with many restaurants, cafes and a large selection of shops, art and nature. Experience Tylösand’s vibrant bathing and entertainment life. Hike on Prince Bertil’s path from Halmstad Castle to Ricardo’s ice cream café in Möllegård. For those interested in golf, there are a number of golf courses in the immediate area. The summer town of Falkenberg is also a short drive away. There are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops here.
