A warm welcome to Sämsholm in Västra Götaland and this homely cottage with a nice view towards Norra Säm. Here you live comfortably and beautifully in a nice cottage area with both holiday homes and permanent residences. Here you have a lovely holiday with a very good standard where bed linen is included in the price. The cottage has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160) and the other with a Hemnes sofa bed (90+90). Adults can sleep in it, but it is perhaps best suited for children and young people. Bed linen is included for the guests. Social living room adjacent to the fresh and practical kitchen. Smaller bathroom with shower, WC and sink. Lovely balcony of approx. 150 square meters where you can follow the sun’s course across the sky and enjoy the fantastic view towards the lake. Put on your slippers and take the short walk down for a refreshing swim. Nice garden plot that invites you to play when the evening’s dinner is prepared...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
