This house is located on Gudhammar’s Mansion with an incredibly beautiful surrounded next to Lake Skagern. You have views over the lake from almost every room and the house invites to two balconies and a lovely patio at the front. The house is called "Babel". With its beautiful nature and close to the lake Skagern, this holiday is perfect for lager families or big companies. You can rent boat and canoe by the owner directly at arrival and you can fish freely in some part of the lake. The bath barrel is shared with the rest of the holiday homes on the ground (look at holiday home: 40719, 38744 and 96644). It costs 1500 SEK/occasion including firewood for heating. It’s possible to rent it between May to October, the season depends on the weather. The holiday home includes three sturdy bedrooms on the upper floor and a big living room with a wood burning stove. There are two additional bedrooms on the ground floor, as well an open kitchen area and TV room with comfortable couches. This holiday home has two bathrooms with the shower on the side, and is equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. The house has 12 proper beds and two extra beds. In Hova there is the Knight week (always during week 28) which is fun, where you can experience the tourney and the medieval market. You can take one of the passenger boats that go through Göta Canal, which is the largest canal in Sweden, and experience the many locks. If you want to go shopping, then the old charming districts of Mariestad has a lot to offer. Around the holiday home there are large grassy areas for ball games and play. The estate has also animals that contribute to a pleasant atmosphere.
