This cottage built in 2010 is located in OstseeStrandpark Grömitz, which is a cozy holiday area located approx. 250 m from a lovely sandy beach with a short distance on foot or by bike to the city center. The panoramic windows, the modern furnishings in Scandinavian design and light wooden walls and sloping walls give the house a bright and inviting atmosphere. There are a total of three bedrooms in the house, one with a double bed and two with single beds. In addition, the youngest guests have also been considered, as there is both a cot and a high chair. The living room is in open connection with the kitchen, which i.a. has microwave and dishwasher. Here you can make yourself comfortable in the living room, which has a wood burning stove, DVD player and satellite TV or settle down with a good book or an exciting movie. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
