Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Due to the condominium’s commitment to sustainability, the apartment has a maximum electricity usage of 10 kW/day. Note that each additional kW will be charged at $6 MXN.
- The base price is only for up to 2 guests. Guest number 3 will have an extra charge.
- For reservations longer than 7 days there will need to be additional cleaning at an extra cost.
- You must provide identification for all guests one week before your arrival. Failure to do so will prevent access to the property.
- Families with children are always welcome.
- For groups, we ask that all members be at least 24 years old.
- No smoking is allowed.
- Parties and events are not permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if needed after their stay. If damages/loss exceed the security deposit, you will be charged accordingly upon checkout and must pay in cash.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Towels are not for beach use. Only beach towels are permitted in common areas.
- Please do not hang towels over railings or balconies.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed; this includes tobacco, cannabis, and the use of any recreational drugs on the property. Failure to comply will incur a $200 USD penalty and result in a ban from the premises.
- No additional guests beyond those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters must present a government ID on the day of check-in.
- We are not responsible for any loss or valuables left behind.
- We are not responsible for any accidents related to guests or their companions within the premises or the complex.
- Bringing external providers to the property is strictly prohibited. If you need additional services, such as cleaning or a private chef, you can easily arrange and book them directly at the property.
- It is prohibited to bring materials that dirty or contaminate the rooftop (e.g., sand, soil, confetti, etc.).
- Reserving lounge chairs is not allowed. If a lounge chair is left unattended for 30 minutes, belongings will be removed and stored for security purposes.
- Refrain from engaging in games such as baseball, soccer, or volleyball. Any damages caused by these activities will be your responsibility.
- The use of personal grills on balconies or the rooftop is not permitted.
