Il Giuggiolo - Andromeda

In Isola di Fano, in the Marche region, is this wonderful Agriturismo - restored with much love and care of the owners - which offers a total of 4 vacation apartments. The farmhouse Il Giuggiolo, is nestled in a green and quiet area just 24 km from the sea of Fano and offers its guests a swimming pool (14 x 9 meters, 130cm deep, chlorine purified), lots of outdoor space and each apartment has a private outdoor space to eat and spend the days. Around the property there are several fruit trees, apples and pears of different qualities, pomegranates, wild plums, "rustichelle", plums, among the dried fruits there are nuts and walnuts, raspberries, currants, thornless blackberries, blueberries, rowan trees and the beautiful jujube (Giuggiolo) plant, with its centuries-old trunk with knots and veins, which gave the farm its name. You can pick fruit from the trees, eat in the shade of the trees, listen to the chirping of birds, the croaking of frogs, and the song of cicadas on hot summer days. The garden was designed to recreate real landscapes within the enclosed and limited space available. The flowers have been carefully chosen and with long summer blooms, their arrangement is not random. Wifi connection in all apartments, swimming pool and garden. Also available to guests is a fully stocked laundry room. Fenced property with organic fruit trees available for our guests. A comfortable and spacious living room will welcome you as you enter the flat! The large kitchen-living room is carefully furnished with modern elements and a touch of the antique. The large mirror takes on more of a decorative role than a functional one. The floor is made of old tiles and warm colours for a romantic and relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen has an electric stove, an oven, a dining table for 4, a sofa bed for two, a TV and everything you need for cooking. The bedroom is designed to offer maximum comfort without skimping on space. Due to the considerable height of the ceilings, the walls have an exposed beam with a loft. The furnishings have been carefully chosen; the headboard of the bed, with the faux fresco technique, and the curtain, with antique net and bobbin lace, were made by the landlady. The Andromeda flat has a bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. The window is embellished with precious lace and small decorative tassels. The choice of colours and furnishings has been designed to optimise space, leaving nothing to chance!
