Tia Resort is located in the beautiful Puglia and precisely Racale, 3 Km from the sea of Gallipoli.
The Resort consists of 6 units, from 2 to 6 sleeps, with a shared saltwater swimming pool in common spaces and each unit has a small private outdoor space.
The property also has a ranch with horses.
The various accommodations are independent with their own entrance and are decorated inside and out flawlessly.
There are 5 other apartments all within the preserve, and they share access to the swimming pool. Guests may request a catered traditional meal, and they also have the option to enjoy it outdoors on the garden dining set. This apartment can accommodate 6 guests with two for two each bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with two single beds, and an outdoor shower. From here, you’ll be a short drive from Gallipoli and just 3 kilometers from the nearest beach. Small pets are permitted....

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
