Sleeping arrangements Five uniquely styled bedrooms provide space for every guest. Downstairs, two king bedrooms—“Really pretty” and “Ride the wave”—offer spacious comfort. The “Fun Room” features four full‑size beds and a playful slide on the bunk beds, perfect for kids and the young at heart. Upstairs, “Back 2 blue” holds two full beds, while “Good vibes” is fitted with a queen bed. Altogether, the home accommodates more than sixteen guests across nine beds. Outdoor living The backyard is an entertainer’s dream. A private saltwater pool, with an optional heating feature, invites a refreshing dip any day. An outdoor movie theatre lets you watch films beneath the night sky, and a putting green and bowling alley add casual competition. The multi‑sports court is ready for pickleball, basketball or a friendly match of any game you choose. A firepit and comfortable lounge area create a cozy spot for evening conversations. Kitchen & dining A full chef’s kitchen equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space makes preparing meals for large groups effortless. Indoor dining flows into an outdoor dining area, so you can enjoy meals inside the air‑conditioned comfort of the home or under the warm Florida sky. The space is built for communal feasts and casual snacks alike. Location & neighborhood Nestled in a peaceful, private neighborhood, the home offers a quiet retreat while staying close to local attractions. Downtown Largo is just five minutes away, and Clearwater Beach and Sand Key Park are within a twenty‑minute drive, giving you easy access to sun, sand and seaside dining. Additional amenities Air conditioning, ceiling fans, bathroom essentials, a pool table, TV and a variety of outdoor games keep everyone entertained. Noise decibel monitors and security cameras provide added peace of mind for your stay. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. The home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a private, fully-fenced backyard. Parking can accommodate up to (4) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side. 10 min - Beautiful beach access 8 min - Seminole City Center 20 min - Clearwater 30 min - Tampa The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $50 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week’s notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that’s why we would like to mention we have a camera on the driveway and the side yard monitoring for access from the gate We appreciate your understanding!
