Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, non-stop!
- 🔑 EASY AND SELF CHECK-IN
- Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely without time restrictions.

- • 🕒 Check-in: from 3:00 PM.
- • 🕚 Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
- 🕓 NEED TO ARRIVE EARLIER OR LEAVE LATER?
- Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.
- • ✅ Early check-in (from 8:00 AM): €40
- • ✅ Late check-out (until 3:00 PM): €50
- 🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
- • Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
- • Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
- • Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.
- ⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).
- 🧾 TOURIST TAX
- • Between €0.50 and €1.00 (depending on the period) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
- • Children under 15 are exempt.
- • The tax is not included in the booking price.
- ♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
- • We kindly ask you to respect the waste separation rules.
- • At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
- • Otherwise, a €30 penalty will be charged.
- 🐾 PETS WELCOME!
- • We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation (SMALL PETS ONLY).
- • Additional cost: €30 per stay.
- • In case of any damage to furniture or fabrics, costs will be charged.
