With a chlorine pool measuring 8x4 metres and a depth of 2 metres, it is ideal for a refreshing swim in the hot summer. The swimming pool is surrounded by a well-kept lawn where you will find sun loungers where you can sunbathe. Next to the porch you will find the barbecue where you can prepare dinner outdoors thanks to the tables and chairs provided in the porch.
In the rustic interior of the villa, distributed over 2 floors, there is a living room with a large sofa where you can relax during the afternoon. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
