This flat is perfect for enjoying the Atlantic as it is only a 7 minute drive from Isla Canela beach. The best plan is to take a dip in the shared chlorine pool which measures 20 x 13m and is between 1.20m and 1.90m deep. The little ones can also enjoy a pool for them of 7m and a depth of 0.50m. For the more sporty there is a tennis court.
Located on the first floor, the interior is very cosy. You can enjoy breakfast with your companions on the furnished terrace overlooking the garden. Once inside, the living-dining room is very bright and is equipped with air conditioning, Smart TV and a comfortable sofa bed where two guests can rest. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
