Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Guest needs to sign a rental agreement before check-in to receive door codes. You will find a summary of the rental agreement below:
  • - A guest portal link will be sent to guests after booking. Guests must refer to their guest portal for available upsells, listing descriptions and access, and policies.
  • - The building does not allow pets
  • - This is a smoke-free environment
  • - For same-day bookings, we reserve the right to push the check-in time to 6:00 PM
  • - Please respect our quiet hours between 11 PM and 7 AM.
  • - On-site Parking is available free of charge, on a first come first served basis. Additional free street parking and paid parking is available in the neighborhood
  • - Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.
  • - No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the condo
  • - For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
  • - Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issues.
  • - No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4BD properties) allowed in the property at any time
  • - Guest who books must be 21 or older and must be present at check-in and throughout the stay.
  • - For guest's safety, there might be cameras on the premises. No undisclosed cameras or recording devices are inside the property.
  • - For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.
