You are located approximately 5 km from Cavaillon, 15 km from Gordes, 13 km from Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, 65 km from Aix-en-Provence and 30 km from Avignon.
During your holiday in Taillades, you will be near numerous hiking trails.
This Provençal bastide is divided into 3 independent and unobstructed dwellings, with the 2 largest parts offered for rent, sheltered from view, and 1 other occupied by a caretaker couple.
EXTERIOR
Enclosed land of 2 hectares, wooded with HEATED SWIMMING POOL (12x6, depth from 0.80 m to 1.60 m, operational from 15/04 to 15/10, security system of alarm type).
2 terraces of 150 m2 in total opening onto the first MAS "Le Temps des Secrets" + a terrace (30 m²) opening onto the second MAS "Les Bucoliques", each of the Mas is fitted with garden furniture in style.
