The Disco Suite is a fun, yet luxury condo, brimming with vibrancy and spunk, located a short walk away from the ebullient nightlife of Broadway and the Gulch. Tailored especially for the needs of group celebrations & families, the Disco Suite has everything you’ll need to prep for parties out on the town, including large bathrooms and a fully equipped and stocked kitchen.
Groups of up to 7 can look forward to the condo’s party-ready lounge area, equipped with a wide range of games, and the private balcony which overlooks Hyve’s stunning pool, perfect for daytime relaxation and poolside selfies. And as an extra way to share the love, you will find postcards from a local art print business in the unit; if you write messages on the post cards and leave them in the condo, we will stamp and mail them for you!

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Please note that a rental agreement will need to be signed prior to check-in. Below is a recap of the house rules that will be described in the rental agreement:
- - We do allow pets in this unit
- - This is a smoke-free environment
- - For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
- - Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
- - Parking is on a first come first serve basis in the garage. Additional public parking is located by Blue Man Records, and free street parking can be found in the neighborhood.
- - Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint.
- - No parties allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
- - For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
- - Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
- - No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 and 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
- - Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay.
- - For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property.
- - For every house rule violation, a fee will apply. Fees will be described in the rental agreement.
- * Like any downtown locations, noise can be expected from construction, trains, sirens, etc. We do not recommend downtown Nashville to travelers who can be sensitive to noise, or to homelessness.
- *The convenience of shared rides is unparalleled in this location, offering swift and efficient transportation. We also partner with private shuttle services for up to 12 guests at a time. Additionally, scooters present an excellent alternative for commuting.
- *For families, we are happy to provide a pack n play, a hook up chair, a baby gate (if the unit has stairs), a playmat and toys free of charge. Please feel free to as your Host for availability.
- *Thanks to our central location, you can reach any destination in Nashville in less than 10 minutes. Whether you're exploring the city's vibrant offerings or need a rapid commute, our proximity ensures quick and easy access to all that Nashville has to offer.
