This 19th-century Provençal farmhouse offers an exceptional panoramic view of the surrounding valley and Luberon vineyards.
Lacoste is renowned for its castle, formerly owned by the Marquis de Sade and now restored by Pierre Cardin. This castle hosts an annual festival of young artists, with theatre, dance, and opera performances.
During your holiday in Lacoste, you can also discover the 12th-century church, cobbled streets, and old stone quarries. The farmhouse benefits from an ideal location to explore the most beautiful perched villages of Luberon such as Gordes, Ménerbes, Roussillon, and Lourmarin, while enjoying numerous nearby activities: hiking, cycling, golf, horse riding, and canoeing on the Sorgue.

EXTERIOR
This Provençal farmhouse with a swimming pool in the Luberon has an unfenced garden, one hectare, planted with vines and local vegetation.
This farmhouse is nestled against the hillside. Magnificent stone walls sculpted by time decorate the building.
The garden includes:
- A splendid private pool overlooking the magnificent view (12x6m, depth from 1.2m to 2m, in service from mid-April to mid-October, with an alarm-type security system and accessible by steps).
- A pool house with a relaxation area, a summer kitchen (Plancha, fridge, dishes and hob) and a water room (Shower and WC).
- Spacious terrace with a lovely garden furniture set.
Interior
This Provençal farmhouse with a swimming pool in the Luberon has an area of 120 m². It will seduce you with its authenticity. It has been completely renovated using local materials.
It consists of:
GROUND FLOOR:
Main living area (37 m²) with lounge area, TV with DTT, DVD, Wifi, fireplace and dining corner. You will be charmed by its French-style ceilings that give a unique and pleasant atmosphere.
Kitchen (12 m²) with hob (2 gas and 2 induction rings), oven, American fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker.
A pantry (5 m²) with washing machine and a sink.
1ST FLOOR:
- A bedroom (12 m²) with a double bed 160 with stairs leading down to an outdoor patio.
- A bedroom (9 m²) with a double bed 140.
- A bedroom (12 m²) with two single beds 90 (access is through the 2nd bedroom).
A bathroom (6 m²) with 2 washbasins, corner bath and shower.
An independent toilet.
