Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:

- 5.51% per occupant per night (adults). 0 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (children from 0 to 18 years old). Applicable for a maximum of 4.4 EUR per occupant per night.
- - The following services are not included in the price and must be paid at check-in:
- Electricity according to consumption: 0.24 EUR per kW. Applicable seasons: from 01-01 to 06-15, from 09-15 to 12-31.
- - Please note that the availability of the following services depends on the season:
- Heated Pool: included in the price. Applicable seasons: from 04-01 to 10-31.
- - Optional services:
- Arrival out of schedule: 50 EUR per booking.
- Bed linen: 10 EUR per person.
- Towels: 5 EUR per person.
- Additional cleaning during stay (hourly rate) without change of linen: 30 EUR per hour. Max. quantity: 150.
- Linen changing during your stay - Price per person: 20 EUR per person. Max. quantity: 1.
- Cancellation Insurance: 3.5% of the booking price.
- - The swimming pool is available from 04-01 to 10-31.
- - The heated swimming pool is available from 04-01 to 10-31.
