Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,Due to the condominium’s sustainability commitment, the apartment has a maximum electricity usage limit of 24 kW/day. Please note that each additional kW will be charged at $6 MXN.
- For reservations longer than 7 days, additional cleaning will be required at an extra cost.
- You must provide identification for all guests one week before your arrival. Failure to comply with this requirement will prevent access to the property.
- Families with children are always welcome.
- For groups, we ask that all members be at least 24 years old.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Parties and events are not permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am.
- Immediately report any damage or incidents on the property.
- Tenants agree to cover any charges related to damages that occurred during their stay or to pay for necessary extra cleaning charges if required after their stay. If damages or losses exceed the security deposit, the additional amount will be charged at checkout and must be paid in cash.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Towels are not for beach use. Only beach towels are permitted in common areas.
- Please do not hang towels over railings or balconies.
- Please avoid moving the furniture.
- Smoking of any kind is not allowed; this includes tobacco, cannabis, and the use of any recreational drugs on the property. Failure to comply will result in a $200 USD penalty and a ban from the premises.
- No additional guests beyond those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Setting up tents or other structures on the property is not permitted.
- Tenants must present a government-issued ID on the day of check-in.
- We are not responsible for any loss or valuables left behind.
- We are not responsible for any accidents involving guests or their companions within the premises or the complex.
- Bringing external providers to the property is strictly prohibited. If you need additional services, such as cleaning or a private chef, you can easily arrange and book them directly through the property.
- Visitors are allowed as long as prior notice is given.
- Always treat service staff with respect and dignity.
- Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas.
- Owners, tenants, and visitors must wear an identification bracelet. The loss of a bracelet will incur a fee.
