Welcome to The Pines 202 - a bright and cozy condo for you to call your home away from home while visiting Steamboat Springs. This second story condo spans across one level with an open kitchen, dining, and living room area. Down the hall you can find a bathroom, guest bedroom, and master bedroom with an en suite bath. You can also find hallway storage, and a private washer/dryer.
This condo comes fully stocked with linens, soaps and paper goods and the kitchen will have all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to cook for the family. The comfortable living room has a gas fireplace, smart tv, and brand new sleeper sofa that has room for 2. The dining area has a table for 4, with seating for 2 more at the kitchen bar. Off of the dining area is an outdoor patio w/ grill.
The guest bedroom has 1 queen bed, and a dresser with plenty of storage for your things. The guest bathroom is a full bath, with a large shower. The master bedroom has a queen bed, closet for storage, and an ensuite bath. This master bath has his and hers sinks, and a shower/tub combo.
Just a short walk from the condo entrance you can find 2 sets of outdoor hot tubs for guest use. There is also a 1 car garage for guests to use for storage or parking, and first come first serve parking spaces for another car.
This condo is conveniently located just steps away from the local grocery and liquor stores. You can also get on the local free shuttle at the entrance to the condo complex. This free shuttle can take you to the ski resort, or downtown to all the amazing restaurants and shops.
