This beautiful 2-bedroom/2-bath condo can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. There is a large, welcoming living area w/ a cozy sectional that pulls out into a queen bed (sleeps 2). You will love to relax around the gas fireplace for movies on the flat-screen smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, and utensils you need to cook for the family. There is even a stacked washer and dryer conveniently hidden in a closet just off the kitchen. The dining area has room for 4 (plus 2 at the kitchen island). From there, you can walk out on the deck where there is seating for 4 and sweeping views of the incredible Yampa Valley. Down the hall from the living area, you will find both bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a comfy queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and ample closet space. The second bathroom has a shower and bathtub combo.

AMENITIES:
Yampa View condos are located mountainside, less than 1 mile from the base area of the Steamboat Ski Resort. Take a nice 15-minute walk, or a grab a short ride on the Free Private Shuttle (winter only)! This condo offers free WiFi, 2 hot tubs, and an exercise facility with sauna. Please note that amenities may be unavailable in the off-season and for maintenance without notice - this is up to the HOA and out the control of the property manager.
GETTING AROUND:
Use the winter shuttle service to get to and from the base area. From here you can easily take a local free shuttle the grocery store or downtown. Car recommended, but not necessary.
