You can easily get there by car (2 minutes) or the free city shuttle (10 minutes). The free city shuttle will also take you to downtown Steamboat for shopping and dining.
This large end-unit townhome, built with heated hardwood floors throughout and vaulted ceilings, allows for great light and mountain views. Featuring dual ensuite primary bedrooms, it is the perfect retreat for large families. This home has room for four cars to park, with two of them fitting in a spacious garage equipped with 50-amp charging station for free Electric Vehicle charging. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- STRICT QUIET HOURS from 10PM - 7AM
- PARKING RULES STRICTLY ENFORCED
- DO NOT EXCEED MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
- GUESTS MUST BE 30 YEARS OLD TO RENT
- NO PETS ALLOWED.
- Violation of any house rules will result in fines upwards of $500 and removal from the property.
