Welcome to 128 Spruce Street, your home away from home in the heart of downtown Steamboat! This historic home was assessed as being built in 1897 as the home of Fred Foster, "The Man of Many Jobs" in Routt County. All of the history behind this home gives it so much character and allure, you can’t get more ’Steamboat’ that! The house has been around for a long time but has seen many updates, giving it a contemporary feel. This home is in an ideal location being a walking distance from downtown restaurants, shops, and the Yampa River.
Upon entering the home, you will find the open layout of the living room equipped with two plush couches centered around a gas fireplace and a large flat screen TV. Directly off of the living room, you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed and large dresser with plenty of room to store all of your belongings.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
