The home has three spacious bedrooms, each with a new queen bed and furnished with luxury linens. The home features a full bath on the second and third levels along with a half bath on the main floor. Hardwood floors are throughout the house and the 3rd floor primary suite features a private rooftop porch, en suite bathroom and large dual closets. A comfortable pull-out sofa is located in the living area along with stylish accent furniture and a large mirror. The home sleeps 6 comfortably in the 3 queen beds, however additional guests are welcome to sleep on the pull-out sofa allowing us to accommodate up to 8 guests. Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families. Carriage on Cannon is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06919 and Business License BL012721-10-2018. Parties and events are not allowed in this property. 🔑Guests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that: ⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. ⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours. ⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location. ⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise. 🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
