Club access will resume once renovations are complete. Guests can enjoy full access to the downstairs property and all its amenities, including the bright kitchen, large yard, wifi, Smart TV’s and beach gear. There’s parking for one-vehicle during your stay. 🚫 Pets are NOT Allowed: As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee. 🚫 This is a 100% smoke-free property. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors. 🧳 Luggage Drop-Off: We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that: ⭐️ A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. ⭐️ Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours. ⭐️ We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location. ⭐️ By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise. 🧑‍🔧 To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
