In the heart of Tuscany, about 800 meters from the center of the small medieval village of Montaione, it is located the I Colli Farmhouse.
The olive trees, the vines and the orchard make a wonderful setting for the finely restored farmhouse, and furnished according to the characteristics of the old Tuscan farmhouses, with original period furniture. The structure, rented as a single environment of about 300 square meters, is made up of three apartments, two of which communicate with each other and one detached in a small outbuilding of about 60 sqm, all surrounded by a beautiful, partly fenced park and an exclusive swimming pool (6 x 12 m; h. min. 1.20 m. - max 1.60 m.) overflow and tiled with hydromassage tub in the corner, shower area, terracotta-paved solarium complete with furnishings such as sunbeds, umbrellas, tables, chairs and a sitting area, to spend hours of relaxation surrounded by the nature of the typical Tuscan...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Air conditioning is present in the bedrooms of the villa and throughout the annex. If consumption exceeds 300 kW, the excess costs €0.50/Kw.
- Arrival between 16:00 and 19:00
- Departure between 08:00 and 10:00
